Tony began his career at Eastman Kodak, where he spent 20 years applying vibration analysis and product defect investigations to a wide range of manufacturing equipment and processes. He later joined Emerson Process Management, where, for eight years, he provided advanced machinery diagnostics, field consulting, and vibration training to customers across numerous industries. In 2005, he founded 4X Diagnostics to provide specialized consulting, diagnostic measurement services, reliability training, and condition monitoring solutions that help organizations improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Tony has also served as an instructor for Mobius Institute since 2005, teaching vibration analysis and helping develop the next generation of reliability professionals.

Tony’s expertise spans route-based vibration programs, machinery diagnostics, wireless sensors and continuous online condition monitoring systems, Operational Deflection Shape (ODS) analysis, Motion Amplification®, modal testing, resonance investigations, field balancing, stress wave measurements, noise analysis, floor vibration studies, acceptance testing, multi-channel data acquisition, and root cause failure analysis. He has led diagnostic investigations on turbine-generator trains, paper machines, cement kilns, industrial structures, research equipment, and other critical rotating machinery, helping clients identify root causes, improve equipment reliability, and make informed maintenance decisions. His clients include manufacturers, electric utilities, technology companies, engineering firms, research organizations, municipalities, and government agencies.

Known for his practical, field-based approach, Tony specializes in solving challenging machinery problems by integrating multiple measurement and diagnostic technologies. His work frequently integrates vibration analysis with complementary diagnostic technologies to identify the root causes of machinery and structural problems that cannot be resolved using conventional measurement techniques alone.

In addition to his work with modern monitoring technologies, AJ is skilled in vibration data collection and analysis on rotating machinery and has extensive experience performing route-based vibration monitoring, acceptance testing, resonance testing, floor vibration studies, Operational Deflection Shape (ODS) testing, modal analysis, noise measurements, and in-situ dynamic field balancing.

AJ works closely with customers to coordinate field services, support reliability initiatives, and ensure the successful implementation of condition monitoring technologies. He is a certified Category II Vibration Analyst committed to delivering accurate diagnostics, responsive service, and long-term reliability solutions for industrial organizations throughout North America.

He is recognized within 4X Diagnostics as the company’s leading analyst for integrating Motion Amplification® technology with ODS and experimental modal testing to solve complex machinery and structural vibration problems.

As a certified Mobius Institute instructor, Matt teaches public and onsite Category I, II, and III Vibration Analysis certification courses throughout the United States. His ability to combine advanced diagnostic expertise with practical field experience has made him an award-winning and sought after instructor, mentor, and conference presenter, helping maintenance and reliability professionals apply complex concepts to real-world machinery challenges. His work helps identify developing equipment issues and supports proactive maintenance strategies that improve machine reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

Sean’s technical expertise spans route-based vibration programs, Motion Amplification, wireless monitoring, ODS and modal analysis, rotor balancing, acceptance testing, resonance and noise studies, turbine monitoring, and ultrasonic inspection. His background includes seven and a half years with RDI Technologies, where he successfully drove adoption of Motion Amplification systems, training, and services across the Northeast, as well as three years with CTC, covering the Southeast market selling industrial vibration analysis hardware.

Backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science from RIT and an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from MCC, Sean brings a strong analytical foundation, communication skillset, and customer-centric mindset to every engagement.

He is recognized for building long-term relationships rooted in integrity, transparency, and mutual success. As the central coordination point for the company, Jen plays a vital role in ensuring consulting projects, training programs, and customer support activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Jen manages new and existing client accounts, oversees company receivables and payables, and coordinates the daily deployment of field personnel and resources. Her organizational expertise helps ensure that critical operational details and customer support requirements are addressed promptly and that nothing falls through the cracks.

Often working behind the scenes, Jen is the operational backbone of 4X Diagnostics. Whether coordinating field deployments, managing client accounts, overseeing training logistics, or supporting the company’s administrative functions, she ensures that important details are addressed and commitments are met.
