As a certified Mobius Institute instructor, Matt teaches public and onsite Category I, II, and III Vibration Analysis certification courses throughout the United States. Sean’s technical expertise spans route-based vibration programs, Motion Amplification, wireless monitoring, ODS and modal analysis, rotor balancing, acceptance testing, resonance and noise studies, turbine monitoring, and ultrasonic inspection. His background includes seven and a half years with RDI Technologies, where he successfully drove adoption of Motion Amplification systems, training, and services across the Northeast, as well as three years with CTC, covering the Southeast market selling industrial vibration analysis hardware.

Backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science from RIT and an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from MCC, Sean brings a strong analytical foundation, communication skillset, and customer-centric mindset to every engagement.

As the central coordination point for the company, Jen plays a vital role in ensuring consulting projects, training programs, and customer support activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Jen manages new and existing client accounts, oversees company receivables and payables, and coordinates the daily deployment of field personnel and resources. Her organizational expertise helps ensure that critical operational details and customer support requirements are addressed promptly and that nothing falls through the cracks.

Often working behind the scenes, Jen is the operational backbone of 4X Diagnostics.
